hey girl, I’ve fallowed you for awhile but can’t truly say ive read every article. i now if its something I’ve been recently intrested inthat then ill take a look. I’ve longed for a person to give honest true facts and reviews and along came you. i don’t have a tone of time to keep up but i take your review to heart and to complete honesty. for the last few years if wanted to find a reputable business that i could consult for like Mary kay gig. however i want a product that is good for the body, the earth etc. i want 100% natural and honest products i can be proud to stand behind. do you have any companies or products you can suggest based on your investigation for me too loom more into?

I think Beautycounter is a great option. I was a consultant for a bit (had to stop due to focusing on other areas of work) and they have a really great compensation structure, healthy products and are doing a lot to change the industry! Thanks so much for your kind comments!

    • This just happened to me too and I sure am glad because I was very unsure of Isagenix. I have good feelings about things and I feel Dani is a person to trust :D.

  3. I am looking to become a health coach! Looking for any advice or guidance. So excited to hear from you. Thanks Tanya 🙂

  4. I am just going to say upfront that I am a Beachbody coach.. hope that didn’t make you cringe! I am not here to sell/recruit or even ask for your thoughts on Shakeology (hope that didn’t sound weird… things in black and white are sometimes strange); just hoping to connect with a like minded person and ask a question or two here and there. Honestly, I am always looking to better our choices for our family. I have two little girls (just turned 3 and 5) and want to do right by them. I found your page because of a search for more info on Isagenix. I normally don’t bother doing the comparison thing, but a person I care about is using their products. 🙁 I am on the east coast and it is getting late over here, but I am excited to read/learn more tomorrow. Just want to end with saying thank you for all this knowledge you have compiled together for free. Fyi my husband is also very passionate about nutrition (he graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition last year… which he now realizes he could have spent the time better by just studying on line). He is always looking for new things, and I am sure he will enjoy the info on this site too!

  5. Hi Dani,
I’d be interested in a review of the Ideal Protein weight loss program. Can you share anything you may know about it?
    Thanks!

    • dani stout Reply

I actually would need a link to a specific ingredient list. There are a lot of products on here!

  6. Great site Dani!!

I’m curious about a review of Ava Anderson Non-toxic products if you can get to it.

    Thank You!

  7. Do you work with people on which products to refer in your guides? I have become very sick from Potassium Sorbate, and other preservatives & chemicals so I have found, use & sell 100% truly organic & non-toxic products. I would love to connect with you – and to discuss possibilities of cross-promoting on our sites. I have a FB page – Breaking Out of Preservative Prison that I am trying to use to educate on the issues non-organic ingredients we use in and on our bodies can bring. Also, which supplement & shake lines do you recommend – I have only seen the ones you do not recommend.

Hi Dani, I just stumbled across your site like many others. After being off the daily workout bandwagon for far too long, I am trying to get back in the swing of things. I am a 43yr old woman with about 10-15 pounds to lose and a whole lot of firming up to do. I know eating properly is far better than a protein bar or shake, but in a busy world when you don’t have time to plan or you are starving, grabbing something quickly is a far better alternative than eating fast food. As a result, I am interested in your thoughts on BioTrust.
    http://www.biotrust.com/Shop.asp?s=&View=Item&Product=2409

they seem like they are committed to healthy supplements and shakes.

  9. Can someone in a very country area and with only a wal-mart for grocery, be able to get the food you talk about? There are very few other grocery and NO health food stores around here

  10. I have to do meal replacements 2 times a day because I have gastroparesis:

    http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/gastroparesis/basics/causes/con-20023971

I need a good shake that will give me plenty of protein, little fiber but plenty of nutrients that I should be getting from fruits and veggies. I juice and add this to my shake and use this website to assist me with ideas: http://livingwithgastroparesis.com/

    1. Do you have recommendations? I’m not vegan and milk products are not too bad for me. However, I tend to use almond milk over cows milk.

    2. Or what do you think of Garden of Life (http://www.gardenoflife.com/Products-for-Life/Foundational-Nutrition/RAW-Protein.aspx)

    3. Orgain? http://orgain.com/products/original-organic-nutritional-shake/

    Thanks!

Just subscribed; what are your thoughts on Garden of Life, Raw Meal from time to time? I like this product, along with a couple others, as occasional supplements.

  13. Hi Dani!
I am interested in finding out about your program. I saw in your blog that your husband is AOPe4 and I have that gene as well. I am so confused on what to eat. Because of the gene I was told to eat a vegetarian diet or maybe include wild caught fish and low saturated fats like coconut oil. I am looking to find what diet is best for someone that is AOPe4. Can you help me?

  14. Hi, you cite organic whey needed but link to NON-organic Reserveage product. Please explain ….?

Hi there. Have you ever done a blog about Lemongrass Spa products? If so, could I please have the link? If not, would you be willing to do one? Thanks.

  17. Do you have a review on Crunchi make up line? I am interested in your take on it.

  18. It’s Sam again… Did you get my message about how we can run your website chat on ancestral-nutrition.com for you?

YES, this is a cold sales email and you’re probably skeptical. But here’s a few things to show we can actually deliver results for you:

    – Your business is NOT too complicated for us. We work with medical device companies and other complex businesses and built a really strong process for how to learn any business.
    – If the person running your chat currently also has to respond to emails, answer phones, or do anything other than chat, the visitors experience on chat will be bad. For example, they probably respond slowly since they’re busy. Take a look at the “first response time” (it should be 4-6 seconds max).
    – If you think keeping live chat online only during business hours is good enough, you’re wrong. 30-50% of your website traffic comes outside of business hours, which is a lot of missed opportunities.

Even if you don’t work with us, this video will help you fix your live chat problems: https://helpflow.net/lp/video-overview/?wemail=ancestral-nutrition.com

    Why haven’t you responded?

Have you done any reviews on Doterra’s life long vitality supplements?

    Thanks,

  21. dont try to lift yourself higher by stepping on other people’s shoulders. im sure that you will have your own following even without casting a doubt on other people’s products. the professional thing to do is just focus on your own company’s and products strengths without putting down others. also before you make areview of other company’s credentials, make sure you did your research very thoroughly

  22. Hi, I just read your fat transfer blog and was curious how happy you are with the results now, a year later. Did you retain the volume you had after the blog posting (I think you were at the 3 month mark)? Thanks, in advance, for an update!

I am, I also have an updated post with pictures a year after surgery you can check out.

I was wondering if you ever reviewed the Plexis Gut health supplements? Which seem to be different from the weight loss powder. Or perhaps they are just re packaged?
I have several digestive issues but I have never done well swallowing vitamins and supplements. They all give me indigestion and make my stomach hurt.

    • dani Reply

I haven’t reviewed them but I personally would not take them. There are a lot of trusted companies for gut health.
