I spend five or six bucks on organic, olive oil based dressings at the grocery store. Or I spend like, thirty seven cents to make my own. Plus, mine tastes better.

This easy basil dressing with fresh lemon juice and healthy olive oil will elevate every salad to a higher level!

Ingredients
  

  • 10 basil leaves
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • dash of red pepper flakes optional
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Put it on everythang.

Notes

Use an immersion blender, Vitamix or food processor for this recipe.
