  2. banana with almond butter
  3. beef jerky
  4. berries and full-fat/grass-fed yogurt
  5. deviled or hard boiled eggs
  6. carrots/cucumbers/tomatoes with raw cheese
  7. meat plate – prosciutto, salami, etc. with olives
  8. turkey or roast beef roll ups (rolled up with slices of peppers in the center)
  9. smoked oysters (BPA free!)
  10. cheese plate with tomato basil salad and marinated mushrooms
  11. sweet potato chips
  12. shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce
  13. smoked salmon on cucumber slices
  14. fermented pickles
  15. egg muffins
  16. guacamole with veggies
  17. a smoothie
  18. liver pate
  19. bacon wrapped mushrooms
  20. raw oysters with homemade cocktail sauce
